Night Time Package
We can all tell when we are not feeling great because one of the first things, we will notice is that we are not sleeping well.
Having limited sleep can exacerbate problems because you are feeling tired and run down which then makes it harder to cope. When we are going through challenging times, it is important to first look at the basics, such as implementing a supportive night time routine.
This package has been created to support you with your perfect pre-sleep pampering, making your routine that bit more indulgent!

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
Damaged Goods, Returns and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us via email email@example.com within 7 calendar days, including evidence and we will arrange to replace that product. We cannot accept items that have been opened and used.
If you are entirely dissatisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 7 calendar days from the date you received it and we will issue you with a full refund, providing the following conditions are met:
- Your item must be in the original packaging
- You provide proof of purchase
- Your item must be in the same condition as you received it
- Packages – We cannot provide partial refunds on packages. In order to receive a refund, you must return the whole package, containing all items.
You are responsible for returning your item/package which can either be hand delivered to our office or via Jersey Post, however you are responsible for postage costs. Any postage fees are nonrefundable.
Should these conditions not be met, we will be unable to process a refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 10 days.

At present we are only able to offer local delivery, in Jersey, Channel Islands.
Your items will be hand delivered to your door either on the Friday or Saturday following your order.
If you are unlikely to be at home, please leave a note in the checkout page to advise us of a secure place where we can leave your product. Should you choose this option, please note that once delivered we are not liable for any theft or damage.
